The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate, results-oriented, and innovative Bilingual

(English/Punjabi) Business Development Officer to drive the development of the Freight

Factoring group in the Sacramento Region . As a Business Development Officer, you will

contribute within your proven network to craft ABL & Factoring solutions for commercial and

corporate borrowers. 

What you will do:

 Execute strategic and tactical plans to succeed in designated markets
 Achieve financial and loan quality targets
 Identify, Engage, and Nurture relevant business partners and local networks to prospect
new business
 Prepare and present new business screening documents and financing proposals
 Embraces eCapital’s core tenants of integrity and professionalism
Basic Qualifications:
 4 years + of experience in related industry/field
 Fluent in English and Punjabi 
 University education and/or market experience
 Sales focused and outcome driven
 Established network in your region
