CARB Regulatory Training Webinar Heavy Duty Inspection & Maintenance Dear Members:   The California Air Resources Board (CARB) will host two training webinars on the Heavy-Duty Inspection and Maintenance (HD I/M) regulation commonly referred to as the heavy-duty smog check program.  The webinar will review requirements for periodic testing and maintaining compliance with the new program that is expected to begin July 2023. CARB is offering one in-person training option at their facility in Riverside.
